I’d like to learn how to build collaboration with content teachers in the process of course design
One of my goals is to be able to use a variety of tools that support collaboration and integration both in physical and online LSP environments.
One of my goals will be to find tools to motivate my students who have to do English as a compulsory part of their course.
As a self-employed English teacher working for various English language schools there is always a tendency to feel isolated. The little interaction I may have with some of my colleagues has normally been for information and resource sharing and occasional help with specific individuals or aspects of the Language School’s IT tools. My objective would be to see all English Language schools do more to promote collaboration between teachers, specifically providing monetary support (ah yes, anything we do outside of the paid ‘teaching hours’ is normally unpaid) for meetings and other more structured means of collaboration.
